Female Support Worker in Woolston, Southampton - Days 7.30am to 7.30pm - Family run - 2 young adult service users

• Must be a car driver, ideally with a UK driving licence
• We are looking for experienced and trainee Support Workers or Care Assistants who are ready to make a difference in other s lives!
• A fantastic family run company is looking for a Female Support Worker to work with 2 service users who have Learning Disabilities, Physical Disabilities, Epilepsy, Complex needs and Mental Health conditions in Southampton

The role of a Female Support Worker

• Looking after 2 service users in their 20 s in a house and in the community. Companionship is a big part of the role. You will be supporting them with their interests and hobbies.
• Help in the community to encourage independence.
• Relaxed environment, no timescales.
• Prompting and assisting with personal care.
• Domestic assistance around the home such as preparing and sharing meals together.
• Driving a mobility car when required.
• A full time permanent contract of up to 36hours is on offer.
• Shifts 7:30am-7.30pm
• Competitive rate of GBP12.00 per hour
• Amazing training and the option for fully funded qualifications.

About you

Working as a Female Support Worker takes resilience and patience to build up relationships with the people you care for.
