Thera Scotland has an exciting opportunity available for a Female Support Worker to join our team in Nether Currie. You will join us on a permanent basis, with full-time, part-time and relief hours available.In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £11.00 per hour.

About the role:

We are currently looking to recruit Female Support Worker's in Nether Currie to join our existing friendly team, you will be supporting two young people in their own home to maintain their tenancy and lead a full life and happy life. If you are caring, kind and want to work in a job that is genuinely rewarding, then this job is for you. Supporting people in their daily lives can be varied and will include personal and emotional support, learn new skills, pursue hobbies, and interests they enjoy all of which will be delivered using a person-centred approach.

What do you need to become our Female Support Worker?

  • Compassionate, Caring and Confident people to support people to lead the life they want.
  • Good communication skills and be a collaborator.
  • Keenness to learn and creatively solve problems.
  • Desire to embrace our values and vision – and have fun!
  • Full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential.
  • Previous experience supporting adults is desirable, but training will be given to suitable applicants.
  • Ability to work on a flexible basis is key to ensure the best outcomes for the people we support.
