Female Waking Night Support Worker

What You'll Be Doing:

• Providing care to a wonderful 19-year-old man who is a full-time wheelchair user.
• Using a full track ceiling hoist and a profiling bed to ensure his comfort.
• Assisting with all aspects of personal care with kindness and professionalism.

Hours of work:

• 22 -44 hours per week
• 10.00pm – 9.00am Monday – Thursday
• (the number of nights covered can be discussed at interview)

Pay rate:

• £15.00 per hour

Previous experience working with individuals with complex needs specifically cerebral palsy and mobility challenges is essential
Proficiency in using tracking hoist systems is advantageous, although full training will be provided.
Applicants must have a full driving licence.
Ideally experience working within a complex needs school or homecare setting is preferred.

Due to the nature of the role an enhanced check with the Disclosure and Barring Service is required.
