Doing Amazing Things Together
We’re all about possibilities. Are you?
Are you a night Owl?
Are you Patient, Empathetic and Friendly?
Become a Female Waking Night Support Worker
What matters to the people we support matters to us. It’s their life, their way.
We are looking for a warm, welcoming person to join our fantastic team supporting a lady who lives within Ipswich.
You will be working within their home, so it’s important you can connect, share interests and be interested. The lady we support may like to stay up late and watch a film, listen to Music with a hot drink, or enjoy a relaxing bath before going to bed. On occasion she may be early riser and want your support to get her up and ready for the day ahead, and so your role will be to provide responsive support during the night and early morning as required.
An essential part of this role is being a driver and having access to your own vehicle due to its rural location. It is important you are able to get to and from the location for the night shifts of 10pm-7.15am.
So, if you enjoy building meaningful relationships and think you could plan, communicate and deliver support with and alongside people, then this is the place for you.
Affinity Trust does not presently hold a Sponsorship Licence and while this status is reviewed regularly there is no present proposal to apply for such a Licence.

At times you will be required to attend training and team meetings during the day, outside of your normal night work pattern.
