Fertility Nurse Skills and Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate should demonstrate a professional, flexible, and reliable attitude, embracing new challenges and enjoying one-to-one interactions. Joining a close-knit team, you will collaborate with Nurses and Consultants, reporting to the Nurse Manager. This role provides an opportunity to apply your fertility experience and expand your knowledge within the Fertility Nursing Sector. Your responsibilities include meeting the individual needs of patients and their partners throughout their fertility journey, ensuring adherence to clinic protocols, Quality Management System, and regulatory codes of practice.
Fertility Nurse Requirements:
- Registered General Nurse
- Level 1 Registration with the NMC
- Minimum of 1-year post-registration experience, preferably including fertility experience
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and written skills
- Passion for high-quality patient safety and care
- Counselling Certification (not essential)
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
