year’s Pittenweem Arts Festival from 3rd – 10th August* The Pittenweem Arts Festival is a showcase of an extraordinary range of art, nestled in the heart of the East Neuk. Established in 1982, the backdrop is Pittenweem’s charming harbour and cobbled streets, which transform into a vibrant canvas inviting art lovers, families, and curious minds to explore and be inspired. The 2024 edition will run from 3 to 10 August. A vibrant programme of events will be on offer, including family activities, artist-led workshops and talks, film screenings, live music nights, and more. We are looking for a dedicated group of Event Volunteers to help us create a safe environment and a great atmosphere for event attendees. The role involves: · Greeting the public · Box Office · Ushering · Workshop assistance · Resetting the events space · General assistance to the Arts Festival team We are also looking for a volunteer photographer for the festival. If you have a love of the arts and events this is a great opportunity to get insight into the industry at Scotland’s largest community-led arts event. If you are available for at least 16 hours and would like to volunteer, we’d love to hear from you. Ideally, we are looking for individuals that can do a minimum of four "half day" shifts over the eight days of the Festival. We will provide a daily stipend to cover food and travel.
