Fibre Supervisor

4-Site Power & Fibre Networks are currently recruiting for experienced Fibre SUPERVISORS to work across Hampshire & Dorset on our fibre & electric contracts. With business growth planned, we are looking for new team members with an excellent work ethic & doing it right the first time.

Responsibilities to include but not limited to:

• Manage and supervise site teams & OVERSEE works such as splicing, PIA sub-ducting, cabling, fibre blowing...
• ensuring necessary permits and approvals are obtained by Liaising with Highways and Local Authorities.
• prioritizing the safety of the team and adhering to health and safety protocols.
• Deliver Training for new operatives, ensuring they understand and adhere to company standards and responsibilities.
• Update daily/weekly reports with completed productivity.
• Determine resource requirements for successful project completion, optimizing efficiency and resource allocation.
• Conduct regular reviews, addressing any challenges and initiate improvement plans.
• Develop Strong relationships with Supervisors, operatives & office staff, ensuring accurate recording of all Works
• Ensure all project Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met within the required timeline.
• Ability to overcome challenges and support others in doing so. proactively identifying areas for improvement.
• Create and update weekly documentation.

Requirements

• NRSWA (Supervisor level)
• SA002 (required)
• SA001 (preferred)
• Manual Handling
• IT Literate
• Punctual
• Team Player
• “Can-Do” Attitude

• Tablet, plant, uniform & PPE.
• Van and fuel card (for work use only)

Day rate to be discussed.
