Field Bodyshop Trainer – Panel

Job description

To deliver technical and project-based training programmes in house at Tesla Body Repair centres within EMEA or at one of the Tesla Training centres
Develop and maintain training programs, materials, assessments and work in collaboration with other trainers and the instructional design team
Plan training program rollouts for assigned areas, assess business needs related to training, and deliver high quality, needs-based training
Deliver required training on Body repair processes and equipment, to upskill Bodyshop technicians
To carry out work in a manner compliant to EHS policies adhering to manufacturer and industry guidelines
Help develop new and modify existing online courses using common eLearning platforms (Articulate Storyline)
Support local apprentice programs as needed, including delivering training, supporting apprentice mentors, and reviewing training materials

Industry recognized trainer to Body Master Technician level – minimum 5 years’ experience
Experience in development of training programs
Knowledge of: methods, techniques, parts, tools, and materials used in the maintenance and repair of vehicles
Advanced aluminium and steel joining experience – welding, riveting, and bonding
Proficient in use of Celette, Car-Bench, and Car-O-Liner frame equipment
Experience in Content development is desirable
A Valid European passport, valid driving license, and a clean driving record are required
