Are you looking to work as a Field Care Supervisor?

We have a full-time position available working from our office in Emsworth. We provide domiciliary care, supporting people in their own homes with care that enables them to live a fulfilled life and promoting their independence with person centered care.

Tasks for a Field Care Supervisor:

• New care assessments
• Existing client reviews
• Service user Risk Assessments
• Spot checks
• Induction of new care staff
• Medication reviews
• Working with external professionals 

Field Care Supervisior requirmenets: 

• Must Drive with access to a car
• Working 40 hours across the week across Monday - Sunday
• Working alternative weekends.
• On call as part of a rota system within the office team (approx 1 in 4 weeks)
• Experience in a similar role essential
• Level 3+ Health and Social Care (Preferred)
• Excellent communication skills and fluent in English.
• Good IT skills and record keeping
• Be able to work in a fast packed environment where no two days are the same
• MUST be a kind and caring person, committed to delivering excellent care and supporting the residents to live a happy and fulfilled life
