Responsibilities:
The role primarily involves servicing, diagnosing faults, and repairing Mobility Equipment both on and off-site.Responsibilities include identifying part numbers, pricing spare parts/modifications, and creating quotations.Collaborating with clients to secure agreement on quotations, preparing orders, and conducting pre-delivery inspections.Additionally, the role encompasses delivering new equipment, collecting payments, and maintaining accurate records.Safely loading/unloading the vehicle, performing weekly safety checks, and adhering to traffic laws.Ensuring vehicle cleanliness, workshop upkeep, and showroom tidiness.Taking responsibility for personal development records and upholding confidentiality.Contributing to team efforts through effective communication with staff, managers, and clients.Requirements:
