What will you be doing?
As a Field Engineering Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations by understanding customer requirements and effectively communicating them as needed. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Ensuring staff are organised and are clear of their Daily workloads and targets.
- Encouraging good communication with peers and management and get an understanding of activities required and these are actioned in a timely manner.
- Delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Driving employees to work within a clean environment and seek job satisfaction while at work.
- Ensure ALL driving standards are met and followed.
- Support to all departments for all aspects of quote building and engineer requirements.
Who are we looking for?
- 3 Years experience in the Onsite Engineering field (Ideally)
- 1 Years experience in Team Leadership (required)
- Proficient knowledge in IT Services and products e.g. Windows Operating Systems, Printers etc (preferred)
