Randstad are currently recruiting Field Operatives to work within Swindon.

Job Description:Put briefly, the position will entail you to travel to multiple areas within Swindon, visiting the public and encouraging them to complete an online survey whichwill have been sent to them ahead of time. This survey collects important data forthe Office of National Statistics and assists the Government with futureplans/agendas.

Competencies required:The ideal candidate will possess the following competencies,1. Excellent verbal communication skills and evidence of persuading reluctantrespondents to take part in surveys2. Self-disciplined, self-motivated, and happy to work with minimumsupervision.3. Be proficient in the use of laptop and smartphone4. Can demonstrate ability to be organised with well-developed planning skills5. Proficient in using laptop and smartphone to receive, view and inputinformation.

Requirements:Valid UK Driving LicenceHave a DBS dated within the last 3 monthsWilling to travel a maximum of 40 miles from your original post code (not every day)Hours and duration:

The hours can vary between 22 to 30 hours per week for a duration of 3 months

with potential for extension.
