Ready for a high earning career move? You’re looking for a Field Sales Role and you have previous experience in B2B desk sales in Industrial Temporary Labour? This role will be a mix of field and desk sales & eventually account management – initially 3 Days Desk, 2 days Field. As you build your client portfolio, this role will move naturally to more account management.
Candidates for this position must be based within a reasonable commute from Coventry. (But that’s easy because we offer a company vehicle after your probationary period).

What you will be doing!
* Desk and Field sales, traveling to business' and closing meetings
* Have 3/4 years B2B sales experience
* Outbound prospecting
* Contacting new customers to discuss our exceptional services & unique offer
* Identifying new business opportunities - Lead generation
* Generating qualified sales opportunities
* Booking new business appointments over the phone
* Meeting face to face/teams meetings with new prospects
* Work closely with the office support team to close deals
* Developing long term relationships with new customers
