Field Sales Advisor

Job Summary:

Your role will be as the first point of contact for the prospect, which will include educating them on new renewable products they can benefit from at no cost to the household. These products will improve the energy efficiency of their home as well as reduce their home fuel bills and enhance the value of their property. This is a field-based role which focusses on predetermined and targeted addresses which are already known to meet the criteria determined by the government scheme criteria.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit properties known to meet key criteria.
• Educate the occupiers on their current and potential energy rating.
• Build rapport with end users to maintain trust.
• Offer solutions and knowledge from training that you have been given
• Report on property type/measures available to a household
• Effective time/diary management
• Advise customers on grant options available to them.
• Submit customer property information and individual personal data.
• Ensure the information you provide customers is clear, accurate and they are kept appropriately informed throughout their journey.
• Collate relevant information.
• Communicate relevant information electronically.

About You:

• Proven experience in face-to-face sales
• Outgoing and upbeat attitude to the day ahead
• Reliable and motivated to earn at a high level.
• Resilient approach and strong work ethic
• Own a car and mobile phone.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

This is a Monday to Friday role, and we offer a full-time salary, with additional commission and significantly reduced hours when sales targets are met early. On target earnings in excess of 50,000.
