Field Sales

Are you an energetic and enthusiastic individual with a passion for sales? Do you have a clean drivers license and a knack for customer service? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!

We are looking for a highly motivated Field Sales Representative to join our team in Ferndown, working primarily with door to door sales and building relationships with new customers. You will be responsible for driving sales and exceeding KPI's through effective territory planning and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct door to door sales to potential customers within your designated territory
- Develop and implement strategic territory plans to target new customers and maximize sales opportunities
- Use your excellent negotiation skills to close deals and exceed KPI's
- Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeated business and referrals
- Regularly track and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement
- Participate in team meetings to share best practices and strategies
- Continuously strive for personal and professional development

What We Offer:
- £25,000 basic salary plus with uncapped commission
- Plus £5400 car allowance

Key Requirements:
- A clean drivers license and access to your own vehicle
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a Field Sales or door to door role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
- A strong drive to exceed KPI's and achieve targets
- A positive and energetic attitude
