MCS Group have partnered with an award winning FMCG company to recruit a Sales Developer with territory responsibility in Co. Derry/Londonderry and Antrim. Focusing on growing sales revenue for brands across existing/new customers and merchandising. Offering £26/7k with 25% bonus and company van.
Role
- Achieve specified distribution targets, creating instore availability of new listings and NPD in all accounts
- Identify new account opportunities and proactively cold call on target accounts to acquire new business
- Replenish display stands ensuring products are correctly merchandised on company owned stands
- Maintain an up-to-date route plan accurately reflecting the customer base for your defined territory
Individual
- 1+ years’ proven sales experience within the FMCG marketplace
- A proven track record of identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to negotiate
- Full clean driving licence for at least 2 years
