Field Sales Executives
Territory: East Midlands Region
Sector: Packaging distribution & solutions
Basic Annual Salary GBP40,000 (negotiable in line with experience) plus bonus/commission (scope to earn 100% of salary), company car (or allowance) & flexible benefits package including hybrid working, up to 27 days holiday (Plus additional annual leave purchasing scheme)

The Field Sales Executive Roles
As a Field Sales Executive, reporting to the Regional Business Manager, you'll manage a full sales cycle approach, balancing existing customer portfolios with targeting new business opportunities. You will build and maintain relationships, identify client needs, and present tailored solutions. There's also genuine potential for fast–track progression to Key Account Manager within 12 months.
Field Sales Executive Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a territory business plan to maximize sales and deliver excellent customer serviceMaintain existing accounts while identifying and pursuing new business opportunitiesUtilize CRM (MS Dynamics) for effective sales administration and follow–upsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer serviceProspect for new clients through various channels, including cold–calling/networking to maintain a robust pipelineMeet yearly and monthly sales targets
Do you have the correct profile?
We are looking for experienced B2B sales professionals with a minimum of 2 years in field–based (external) sales roles. You should excel in customer facing negotiation, communication, and relationship–building, with a strong demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets (We do like to see evidence of this at interview please). Prior experience in logistics or supply chain solutions is advantageous. Crucially, you should demonstrate adaptability, integrity, and a willingness to learn.
