I am looking for an Experienced Business Development Executive to work with my Northwest based client. The role is specific to someone who has worked in Air Freight or Sea Freight and is a prerequisite for this role.
This is a mixture of Internal and External sales and weeks will vary depending on appointments set. The right candidates will be expected to generate their own business yet not through any form of cold calling all leads are generated and provided off the back of marketing campaigns.
Some of the Duties will include -
- Generating new clients from marketing qualified leads
- Focused on air freight, air consolidation and LCL sea freight consolidation.
- Focused on acquiring new business and working to targets.
- Outbound sales via various forms
The right person;
- Experience required in air freight (definite) and LCL (preferred)
- Proven track record and success in sales with at least 5 years’ experience in the above areas.
- Self-motivated and able to work from marketing generated leads.
- Ability to work alone yet also as part of a team.
This is an exciting role for the right person who has the right experience in this field. You will be covering majority the Northwest so Ideally you will live in The Liverpool, Manchester or Leeds area. This role offers hybrid working.
