Field Sales & Outreach Coordinator

Job Overview: 

Career Tree, a leader in education and career guidance, is embarking on an ambitious strategic scaling plan. As part of this initiative, we are seeking a dedicated Field Sales & Outreach Coordinator to spearhead our traditional Field Sales marketing efforts. This role is crucial in driving our mission for a far reaching, progressive impact in the sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our outreach team, coordinating their daily activities, and overseeing campaign execution and performance. 

Key Responsibilities 
 

Campaign Coordination and Execution: 
● Plan and coordinate leafleting campaigns and other field marketing activities in strategic locations such as university campuses, high streets, train stations and job fairs. 

● Oversee the development and execution of targeted marketing strategies to ensure optimal reach and impact. 
 

Team Management and Leadership: 
● Recruit, train and manage field marketing teams, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge. 

● Provide ongoing leadership, support and guidance to teams across various locations, starting in London and potentially expanding to Birmingham, Luton, and Leicester.
 

Partnership Development 
● Establish and strengthen partnerships with educational institutions, organising seminars and career guidance sessions. 

● Collaborate with partners to align our outreach efforts with their needs and objectives, enhancing the impact of our services. 
 

KPI Monitoring and Reporting 
● Set, monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation, conversion rates and campaign effectiveness. 

● Produce regular reports on campaign outcomes, team performance, daily leads and market feedback for management. 
 

Event Coordination 
● Organise and manage promotional events, ensuring they align with our strategic goals and brand image. 

● Work closely with management and the digital marketing executive to informed about events and plan accordingly. 

● Coordinate logistics, staff allocation and material distribution for effective event execution. 
 

Market Analysis and Adaptation 
● Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities but also consider challenges. 

● Adapt strategies to meet changing market demands and maximise outreach effectiveness. 
 

Qualifications: 
● Proven experience in field marketing, outreach campaigns, or a similar role.

● Has demonstrated ability in team leadership and management. 

● Strong organisational and planning skills. 

● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

● Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. 

● Proficiency in data analysis, reporting and KPI management. 

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field; or equivalent professional experience. 

● Willingness to travel and work in various locations as required.
