Jackson Hogg is delighted to be supporting a longstanding FMCG client in the search of a Field Sales Representative. This is a dynamic business, and we are looking for enthusiastic individuals to manage an existing customer base, whilst seeking new business opportunities. This would suit an individual who has 2 years experience and is looking for their next step where they can continue to grow.
Responsibilities
- Set up meetings with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and present our products and services.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote the company and its products.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or relevant role.
- Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Availability to travel as needed.
