Field Sales Representative

Bela Recruitmentis hiring aField Sales Representative for a company based in Lisburn, Co. Antrim, Northern Ireland.

The Company
I’ve worked with this client for over 12 years and placed several staff here.
They provide a wide range of healthcare products which are designed to enhance people’s lives.
Having placed sales reps in this company before, I get told there is a real feel-good factor to each sale, seeing how it helps improve the customer's quality of life.
This would be selling a range of occupational therapy and nursing equipment including access to work products, disabled showing & bathing equipment and a range of lifting and handling devices used in healthcare settings.
They have a huge network of existing customers spanning NHS, Health Service Executives, Charities, Education Sector, Access to Work Schemes, Motability Schemes and the Disabled community across Ireland.

Responsibilities
· You will be selling custom and adjustable products, so should be competent using a basic tool kit. Some of the products are made to order and require accurate details and note-taking as part of the sale process.
· Selling to existing customer base, while trying to expand the network of clients.
· Ensure you are respectful, patient, and aware of each client’s needs at all times.
· Develop a thorough knowledge of the product range & portfolio, to ensure the best product for each client.
· Provide a professional, friendly, and high level of customer service in all customer interactions.
· Demonstrate, advise, and educate the customer on the best product for their needs.
· Deliver, collections and handovers of portfolio of products.
· Plan and monitor an effective sales calendar of activity to cover your territory.

Requirements
· Either a min of 2+ years of Field Sales Experience, ideally selling products which require a demonstration or some technical aspects
OR
· 2+ years working as a qualified Occupational Therapist within complex seating and a desire to get into sale.
· Strong Customer Focus, Planning and Organizing Skills and Attention to Detail.
· Comfortable using a tool kit to demo, build and adjust products for clients.
· Full clean driving license, aged 21+ for insurance (may accept some points, call to discuss)
· Able to pass an Access NI Check as working with vulnerable children and adults.
· Must be physically and mentally able to carry out daily duties.
· IT Literate in MS Office.

Rewards
Salary in the region of £30,000 - £40,000.
