Position Overview:

As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and service of forklift trucks and materials handling equipment within the South Wales region. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our MHE products, contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on forklift trucks and materials handling equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, implementing effective solutions promptly.
• Perform repairs and upgrades on MHE equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Provide on-site training and technical support to customers.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer, preferably in the forklift trucks and materials handling equipment sector.

• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Full driving license is required.
