- Conduct regular scheduled preventative maintenance services across current install base, exercising applied metrology calibration practices, while completing detailed service reports.
- Provide remote and in-person technical support for surgical teams using Renishaw products during neurosurgery procedures in the operating room.
- Coordinate and conduct site evaluation visits at a highly professional level with prospective customers.
- Install and update neuromate systems and software at customer sites.
- Provide training to customers on the operation and care of Renishaw products.
- Coordinate the investigation into issues and complaints raised by customers, completing onsite troubleshooting and corrective actions for the neuromate, neuroinspire and implantable systems
- Communicate with current and prospective customers on a highly professional level to understand their needs and requirements, as well as provide customer support.
- Provide complete and detailed service records for submittal to the Quality Management System.
- Provide product feedback and input to R&D.
- Provide technical support at marketing events.
- Produce accurate and regular business expense reports and perform other required administrative duties.
- Up to 80% travel is required for this role ·
- A degree or HND in a related technical discipline
- Demonstrated understanding of electronic and mechanical principles
- A background in delivering high level customer service
- Good report writing skills.
- Demonstrated problem solving skills
- A valid UK Driving licence
- A valid Passport ensuring unrestricted travel to and from the UK
- Suitable immunisation history to qualify being in a clinical environment
- Technical background in a Mechanical or Electronics related discipline
- Experience working in a clinical environment or operating room
- Experience working in a highly regulated environment
