The role
Within this role you will repair, fault find and provide planned preventative maintenance to our client’s X-Ray & MR machines. Your customer-facing skills will be crucial, as you will be required to interface with customers and staff at all levels promptly and professionally. You will identify any opportunities to improve efficiencies and effectiveness and work as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure the company values are distributed.
Other responsibilities include:
- Maintaining all test equipment, tools, and company property
- Escalating situations where customer satisfaction is compromised
- Maintaining excellent communication and team working
- Understanding and complying with work instructions
- Attending product training courses in Europe and USA
- Providing out-of-hours technical service support (when applicable)
- Completing administrative tasks in a timely and accurate manner

- HNC/HND in an Electronics, Engineering or Bio-Chemistry discipline
- Strong IT, Microsoft Office and Networking Infrastructure skills
- Excellent customer-facing skills
- Ability to quickly gain the respect of stakeholders at all levels
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Full UK driving licence and willing to travel
