The Role

As a Field Service Engineer, you will be providing preventative maintenance to customer's CNC machines to ensure optimal performance and reliability. You will be visiting sites prearranged by the customer service teams providing a critical role to the longevity of the machines.

Field Service Engineer Responsibilities

· Perform maintenance, and repairs in response to customer requirements.

· Conduct preventive maintenance activities to scheduled service contracts.

· Liaise with the service department to resolve customer issues and concerns.

· Provide support and advice to customers if required.

· Completing and communicating required reports.

Key Requirements as Field Service Engineer

· The successful candidate will have previous CNC machine tool experience, preferably from a CNC Lathe & Mill background.

· Knowledge of Service & maintenance of CNC machines.

· Competent in identifying and troubleshooting mechanical alarms.

· Friendly approach and strong people skills.

· Confident ability to work independently.

· Clean Valid UK Driving Licence.
