Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine servicing and maintenance on Machine Tool products, focusing on electrical systems.
- Diagnose faults, rectify issues, and replace parts as necessary to ensure optimal machine performance.
- Collaborate with technical support, service management, and customer services to address customer concerns effectively.
- Conduct planned maintenance activities to prevent breakdowns and ensure machine longevity.
- Identify sales opportunities and communicate them to the sales department.
