Position: Field Service Engineer
As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide on-site and phone support
*
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
*
Collaborate with various teams across the organization
*
Assist in software, firmware, networking, and clinical applications support
*
Approximately 50-60% travel for exciting opportunities across the UK
Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
*
Experience in servicing and troubleshooting electrical/electronic equipment
*
Preferably experienced in servicing/installing medical imaging equipment
*
Knowledge in C.T. and N.M. would be a strength
*
Basic skills in handling computer software installations and upgrades
*
Autonomy: Able to work independently
*
Strong sense of customer service with excellent interpersonal skills
