They are offering a permanent Field Service Engineer Job to join their steady and long serving team.
Your new role
As Field Service Engineer you will be visiting clients on site you will service their equipment, install new machines and advise on other options available to compliment production. You will be given a portfolio of existing customers and build strong business relationships with them and provide technical support and troubleshooting as a trusted adviser. The equipment is all within high volume production and you will be working in this environment daily. You will maintain service records and have the support of a large engineering team and service planner. Training will be provided to help you learn the machines and you will be fully mentored until settled in the role.
What you'll need to succeed
As the point of contact on site you will need to be a confident communicator and be capable of building lasting business relationships while working. Prior experience in maintenance of high volume production equipment is required. Some flexibility is required.
