Innovative, market leader in the manufacture of a range of anti - terror perimeter security systems.  British owned manufacturer of a bespoke range of equipment, installed at all the prestigious sites across the UK with growth in a number of new projects both domestically and export abroad.  Due to this sustained growth a requirement for experienced Mechanical Engineers / Multi -skilled Engineers is required.

Job Role:

Based from home, you will be responsible for the service, repair, installation, commissioning on the full range of products, from large automatic gate systems to road blockers, barriers, rising kerbs, etc... Full product training will be provided to Engineers with a good mechanical background, with or without Electrical competency.  (Training and 18th edition electrical can be provided to the right candidate).  You will visit all manner of sites, from airports, MOD sites, government buildings, utilities assets, power stations, parks, stadiums, rail, infrastructure, banks, data centres, hospitals, gated housing estates and more.  This role is very varied, no site or equipment is the same and you are responsible for assisting in all site sevices and equipment.  If you enjoy variation, technical innovation, working both on your own and as part of a team then this role could well suit you.  There are opportunities to travel and work abroad for small periods of time (although entirely voluntary and not a requirement of the role).  Majority of the role is Monday to Friday, however some weekend and occasional night work may be required along with being part of a call out rota.

Candidate Requirements

Mechanical Engineering (Hydraulics)

Electrical (ability to read electrical diagrams)

Any welding experience (a bonus)

Flexible

Team Player and able to work alone

Clean background for High level security clearance checks

Full UK Drivers license

£35,000 basic (paid door to door)+ Standby allowance, call out payments, overtime, OTE 45k and upwards (Unlimited Overtime), Company Vehicle, uniform, tools, pension and wellness programme
