Location Rugby  ( hybrid from home )

Salary £30,000 - £36,000 depending on experience + company car + additional benefits plus fuel card and pension.

We are looking for a Legionella Risk Assessor with my client to go out to visits Clients and check their water softeners and steam systems for a reputable consulting firm specialising in environmental quality, you will be at the forefront of ensuring public health and safety.

Your role will involve identifying and mitigating the risk of Legionella bacteria in water systems, contributing to the creation of safer and healthier environments. Join us in making a meaningful impact and protecting communities from waterborne diseases!

Requirements for a Legionella Risk Asessor:* 2 Years' experience in conducting risk assessments and Legionella testing

* Legionella Risk Assessor certification (City & Guilds Level 2 or Equivalent)

* Knowledge of relevant legislation (ACOP L8)

* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

* Excellent communication and report-writing abilities

* Ability to work independently and collaboratively

* Familiarity with water systems

* Health and safety awareness

* Willingness to travel to client sites as required

 Responsibilities as a Legionella Risk Assessor:

* Conduct thorough Legionella Risk assessments of water systems to identify Legionella contamination hazards.

* Collect and analyse water samples, interpreting results to determine risk levels.

* Develop and implement comprehensive risk management plans.

* Provide guidance and recommendations for control measures to prevent Legionella growth.* Maintain detailed documentation and prepare reports.

* Stay informed on regulations and guidelines related to Legionella control

* Monitor water systems continuously and review assessments periodically.
