You will provide specialist knowledge; advice and support to operational officers in file build and case progression. As a File Progression Officer, you will have the opportunity to gain a professional qualification, bringing greater professionalism to the Criminal Justice workforce.A successful candidate will show the aptitude to interrogate files and learn to check administrative and evidential quality and have the confidence and communication skills to feedback to officers and others helping to improve overall performance.Greater Manchester Police is committed to achieving an inclusive and diverse workforce reflective of the communities we serve and would welcome applications from individuals of all backgrounds.
