- Manage purchase ledgers. 💳
- Handle customer and supplier queries promptly. 📞
- Reconcile bank statements accurately. 🏦
- Process payroll and maintain journals. 💼💻
- Generate credit control and creditors payment reports. 💳💼
- Complete VAT returns 💼💸
- Assist with trial balance and produce financial reports. 📊
- Undertake general admin tasks and office supply management. 📑✂️
Requirements: 🎯
- Previous experience in finance/book keeping preferred. 💼
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software. 💻📊
- Strong attention to detail and numerical skills. 🔍🔢
- Effective time management and communication. 🕒💬
- Relevant qualification advantageous but not essential. 🎓
Hours & Pay
