Working within the Finance, Procurement and Payments team you will provide administration support and duties will include: -
- Raising Purchase Orders
- Processing payments
- Processing orders
- Sourcing goods and services
- Arranging deliveries
- Processing returns and credit notes
The successful candidate must have: -
- Experience of MS Office to include Word & Excel
- Fast and accurate keyboard skills
- Good attention to detail
- The ability to work to deadlines
Experience of working within a finance environment would be an advantage but is not essential as training will be provided.
Full time, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
