Finance Administrator

Monday – Friday

We have a brand-new opportunity to join our team working covering a single client contract in multiple locations across the UK, as a Finance Administrator, supporting our on site Restaurant Associates team .

As Finance Administrator your responsibilities will include but are not limited to

• Producing timely budgets to aid in to aid in budget management
• Ensure workbook and associated invoices are raised in a timely manner
• Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Maintenance of financial records
• Processing of income and expenditure, purchase of goods and services etc. with a high level of accuracy
• Prepare monthly accounting reconciliations to deadline
• To reconcile monthly contract variations/SCCF’s and ensure they are embedded into the financial accounts and forecasts
• To produce monthly financial MI reports
• To collate relevant info for highlight in client review meetings, including “good news” etc. stories

The successful Senior Finance Administrator will

• Have experience with budgets, financial reporting, and accounting software
• Experienced in the preparation and presentation of reports budgets
• Be a team player with the ability to lead
• Be people and customer orientated
• Have an existing knowledge of SAP
