Finance Administrator

Overview:

I am seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Administrator to join an Interior Design firm on a hybrid and part-time basis. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing financial transactions, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Duties:
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Monitor and reconcile bank statements
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring
- Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve financial procedures

Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Proven work experience as a Financial Administrator or similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
