Administrator
Part time position - Tuesday - Thursday
Small Electrical Contractor
Office based in Epping
PAYE 15-18ph depending on experience
Hybrid working can be available after training
Previous experience is required!

Main Responsibilities:

  • Diary management
  • Creating Invoices via SAGE
  • Updating Job list spreadsheet when payment is made
  • Profit & loss once a month for Mastermind Course through SAGE
  • Quarterly Vat Return
  • Loading jobs onto Tradify
  • Saving job reports and sending them onto clients
  • RAMS to Olli Group
  • Completing client questionnaires
  • Formatting documents
  • Keeping track of deductions and Overtime and sending this to accountant for month pay
  • Paying staff from business account last Friday of the month
  • Holiday tracker (Timetastic)
  • Monthly tracker reports
  • Paying suppliers
  • Spreadsheet for OHG
  • Booking vehicle repairs
  • Keeping a tab of weekly van inspections carried out by the team & chase if they haven't done so
  • Asking clients for reviews once work is completed
  • Using SOR codes (schedule of rates) this can be shown how to do

Requirements:

  • Excellent admin skills
  • Finance experience
  • Ideally experience within construction/property services.
