Main Responsibilities:
- Diary management
- Creating Invoices via SAGE
- Updating Job list spreadsheet when payment is made
- Profit & loss once a month for Mastermind Course through SAGE
- Quarterly Vat Return
- Loading jobs onto Tradify
- Saving job reports and sending them onto clients
- RAMS to Olli Group
- Completing client questionnaires
- Formatting documents
- Keeping track of deductions and Overtime and sending this to accountant for month pay
- Paying staff from business account last Friday of the month
- Holiday tracker (Timetastic)
- Monthly tracker reports
- Paying suppliers
- Spreadsheet for OHG
- Booking vehicle repairs
- Keeping a tab of weekly van inspections carried out by the team & chase if they haven't done so
- Asking clients for reviews once work is completed
- Using SOR codes (schedule of rates) this can be shown how to do
Requirements:
- Excellent admin skills
- Finance experience
- Ideally experience within construction/property services.
