The Centre for Homelessness Impact exists to improve the lives of people experiencing homelessness through better use of data and evidence.
This is a pivotal role at the intersection of finance, development, and Operations, ensuring the seamless functioning of critical organisational aspects. The Finance and Operations Lead will be involved the charity’s financial operations, support grant and other fundraising and development initiatives, and optimising operational efficiency.
We're looking for someone who can be the main point of contact for all Finance and operational queries; support the Chief Operating Officer with the management of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting and manage the accounts payable function, credit card reconciliations and support effective cash management.
You will also support the Head of People and Development to implement strategies on Fundraising, income and generation and report on funding from various sources, including grants, donors, and partnerships and manage day-to-day operations, including onboarding new staff, supporting the HR processes, ensuring smooth functioning of our operations and identifying areas for improvement.
