Reporting to the FP&A Manager, and responsible for partnering with the Sales Division. Building a financial understanding of sales performance in different regions and markets, the role is responsible for building and maintaining office-level P&Ls and feeding into commentary of performance against budget. The role is also responsible for ad-hoc analysis of sales performance and sales budgeting, forecasting and investment cases.
- You’ve got strong core business skills, including influencing and stakeholder management.
- You have a relevant financial or accounting qualification (e.g. CFA, ACA, CIMA etc.).
- You’re comfortable presenting to and challenging senior stakeholders within the business.
- You’ve got the ability to understand the commercial positioning of a business and provide support and critical analysis around strategic plans.
- You’re able to synthesise large, complex commercial data sets into actionable insights.
- You’re an effective communicator of financial issues to both financial and non-financial audiences.
- Prior experience of Business Partnering commercial functions.
