What will the Finance Manager role involve?
- Oversee the accounting function, including managing, and developing the finance team for optimal performance.
- Lead monthly and quarterly analysis of financial data, presenting insights to the board and management team.
- Oversee the preparation and timely presentation of the company's financial accounts.
- Develop and manage the company's annual operating budget, in coordination with departmental budgets.
- Provide financial advice and guidance to Directors and managers to support their objectives.
- Manage year-end processes and liaise with external accountants.
- Manage finance policies, ensuring compliance with legal obligations.
- Maintain robust financial systems to support current operations and future growth.
- Collaborate with the management team to formulate growth strategies and plans.
Suitable Candidate for the Finance Manager vacancy:
- ACA/CIMA/ACC qualified or equivalent relevant experience.
- Strong technical accounting. Cash management and budgeting.
- Excellent communication and business partnering skills.
