An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a hybrid working Finance Manager to join a leading renewable energy business based in Surrey.
Reporting to the Head of Finance, this role will involve all aspects of financial & management reporting, business partnering with finance and non-finance stakeholders as well as leading & developing the finance team.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Month end management reporting, including variance analysis and commentary
- Statutory reporting (under FRS102)
- Conducting regular balance sheet reviews
- Business partnering with internal departments and other external third parties
- Leading regular budget holder review meetings
- Supporting the development and optimisation of the finance function - from a people, process & systems perspective
- Supporting the Finance Department in maintaining strong operational procedures and financial control
Applicants Must Be:
- Fully Qualified ACA/ACCA or CIMA (or overseas equivalent)
- Previous people management experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Office applications, with Excel to intermediate level
- Ability to work independently.
