Job Title: Finance Manager

Company Overview: We are a dynamic and growing company operating in the global marketplace. As part of our expansion, we are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee our Finance Department and drive continuous improvement in our financial processes and systems.

Role Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day management of the Finance Department.
• Drive the continuous improvement of end-to-end accounting practices and systems.
• Identify risks to delivery, propose solutions, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Review and optimise business processes.
• Coordinate annual external audits and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Manage cash flow and financing requirements.
• Execute hedging transactions and oversee credit control.
• Approve supplier payments and issue management reports.

• Corporation tax

Stakeholder management

• Bank

Bookkeeping

• Stock experience

Experience and Qualifications:

• Qualified accountant with proven experience in an SME environment.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing finance teams.
• Knowledge of international trade practices is advantageous.
• Proven track record in implementing new IT systems and financial modeling.
• Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cultures.
