Finance Manager - About The Role
In this role you will be working within a finance team of 3 and will be reporting into the Head of Finance. You will be managing the daily running of the finance function as well as supporting the Head of Finance with the strategical and long-term financial planning of the business.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Full presentation and production of the monthly management accounts.
- Lead on the production of the balance sheet and assisting with the production of the annual budget.
- Generation of management information reports for the HOF and senior management.
- Supporting with the preparation of forecasts for the future financial performance of the organisation.
- Monthly control account reconciliation, along with the allocation of expense/nominal ledger codes to correct cost centres.
- Responsible for monthly accruals and prepayments.
- Supervising supplier payments and staff expense reimbursements.
- Managing the finance system and supporting with any system updates.
- Supporting with the preparation of the year-end audit.
The successful Finance Manager will have:
- Previous experience in a similar position
- QBE or qualified candidates will be considered
- Ability to communicate at all levels
- Strong attention to detail
