Description
The Finance Manager will be responsible for the following:
· Assisting the Finance Manager in the creation of financial reports and statements.
· Ensuring compliance with internal controls and procedures.
· Supporting budgeting and forecasting activities.
· Managing and mentoring a small team of finance professionals.
· Collaborating with other departments to improve financial performance.
· Analysing financial data and presenting findings to senior management.
· Participating in the preparation of year-end accounts.
· Contributing to the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems.
Profile
The successful Finance Manager should have:
· Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or QBE
· Experience in a similar role within the utilities/energy and natural resources/Telco industry desirable
· Strong knowledge of financial regulations, JV accounting and accounting processes.
· Proficiency in financial software and MS Office suite.
