Finance Manager | NHS | London | Hybrid Working
Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a large public sector organisation in the London, who are looking to recruit a Finance Manager to join their team on an initial 3-6 month interim basis. This role is on a hybrid basis, with 1 day per week in the office.
Role:
- Overseeing and developing budgets and forecasting for the management accounts team, including monthly accounts
- Liaising with budget holders and non-financial staff
- Responsible for reporting month end position to date
- Managing and supporting a small team of management accountants
- Identifying and acting on all cost reduction opportunities
- Variance analysis responsibilities
Person:
- Advanced in MS Excel and other systems
- Able to understand and present financial information
- Excellent communication skills
- Fully Qualified Accountant
- NHS experience / wider Public Sector experience
