Form of workRobert Half Talent Solutions are seeking a Finance Manager for a fast paced manufacturing organisation based in Rhymney, near Merthyr Tydfil.
The Finance Manager will lead the site Finance team in providing financial information, control, reporting, KPI achievement and project management, supporting the cost effective and efficient operations of the site. Working closely with the Managing Director and other senior team leaders.
You'll be responsible for financial controlling, reporting, forecasting and finance project management for the site.
On time, right first-time delivery weekly, monthly and annual reporting routines.
Support department managers to understand and improve budgets/costs.
Manage the annual financial year end requirements, including supporting audit processes and external regulatory bodies
Reporting of financial information and manufacturing KPI's, such as sales, purchasing, inventory, labour, cost of transformation, profitability etc.
Salary from £55,000 to £65,000 plus benefits. Hybrid working.
