Finance Manager - Southampton
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the overall business objectives.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis.
- Oversee the budgeting process, working closely with department heads to set financial goals.
- Monitor and manage budget variances, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Streamline and improve budgeting processes for increased efficiency.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Generate comprehensive financial reports for management, stakeholders, and external entities.
- Ensure transparency, accuracy, and compliance with accounting standards.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role.
Job Offer
Salary £50,000 - £55,000
