Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations and ensure the financial health of an organization. The Finance Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing financial policies, conducting financial analysis, and providing insights and recommendations to senior management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to drive financial strategy in alignment with the company's goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Develop and manage financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, and identify variances and their causes.
Financial Reporting:
- Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations in financial reporting.
Cash Flow Management:
- Oversee cash flow planning and ensure availability of funds as needed.
- Manage the company’s financial liquidity and optimize working capital.
Accounting Operations:
- Supervise accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of month-end and year-end close processes.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members.
Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute the company’s strategic plans.
- Provide financial insights and guidance on business decisions, investments, and cost-saving initiatives.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or CFA is highly desirable.
Experience:
- At least 5-7 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial position.
- Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
