As Finance Manager Designate, you’ll be operating as Finance Manager, the essential link in the finance chain from the main team to the Head of Finance, from day 1, but you’ll have all the support and encouragement needed from both the Head of Finance and the Managing Director for you to seamlessly step up into your first senior management role.
The Head of Finance of this £23 million turnover business is looking to impart her knowledge on a keen and enthusiastic mind, and ultimately hand over the reins on a wide range of accounting essentials including driving continuous improvement of end-to-end accounting practices, budgeting and forecasting, monthly and quarterly number analysis, cash flow forecasting, project work and leading the transactional finance team.
The Head of Finance has nurtured a clear growth culture and as a result, the existing Finance team is switched on and open to new ideas and fresh challenges.
