Finance Manager - Part Time (4 days/wk) - Exciting DataTech Co. - Nr Windsor / Hybrid - £50k -£56k pro rata (£40k-£45k Part Time equivalent)

We have an incredible opportunity for a highly experienced, fully qualifiedPart TimeFinance Manager to join an exciting DataTech firm based in stunning offices near Windsor.

Joining the senior team managing a group of tech companies, thePart TimeFinance Managerwill oversee all areas of finance and accounts; therefore we’re looking for someone with demonstrable experience managing inter-company accounts and hands-on exposure to all areas of finance management.

The Part Time salary on offer is £40k-£45k (£50k-£56k full time equivalent), dependent on experience.

Key responsibilities as the Finance Manager will include:

• Managing the accounts of 3 different companies
• Managing intracompany transfers (including US company)
• Managing all account reconciliations
• Producing internal management accounts
• Month and Year End accounting
• Preparing cashflow forecasts
• Reviewing and recording expenses
• Managing monthly payroll journals
• Dealing with client onboarding
• Liaising with accountants, insurance companies and pension providers etc

What we’re looking for:

• Extensive experience in similar Finance Manager roles
• Relevant financial qualifications
• Experience managing the accounts of several companies simultaneously
• Strong working knowledge of Xero and Sage Payroll
• Experience in managing inter-company transfers
• Experience in producing management accounts and Month and Year End
• Experience in cashflow preparation
• IT literate and able to learn new systems easily and efficiently
• Confident communication skills and the ability to liaise at all levels
• Proactive and dynamic nature
• Ability to work in office 3 days/week, with 1 day per week at home
