WORKING PATTERN: Hybrid, 40% (or two days) in the Cardiff or Halifax office

The PRI Team supports Retail Product Finance Teams and operates a dynamic resourcing structure that will give you exposure to all Business Units, providing an excellent opportunity to increase your breadth of knowledge across the businesses.
Day to day you'll be involved in;
- Finance change, Process improvement & Change Management.
- Supporting the delivery of multiple, strategic projects across Consumer Relationships, which include the integration of new products into the Retail Product Reporting structure, Finance transformation, and working with key functions within Finance.
- Providing insightful, high quality Finance project support, implementing detailed knowledge and control, operating as a project specialist supporting Retail Finance including products such as Savings, Current account and Mortgages.
- Operate flexibly across PRI to deliver prioritised activity in a timely manner.
- Respond to individual and team objectives and invest in improving personal performance by growing own skills and capabilities and coaching others.

What you'll need
- Be able to work collaboratively as part of a wider team and enjoy working with stakeholders from different areas.
- Some experience or knowledge of core finance systems such as TM1, SAP and Fusion.
- Ideally, you will be a part or qualified accountant.
